My mother, my world !

At the terminus of the stars, where horoscope is settled

The dullards with the apron of nemesis by their sides.

The pundits with challenges stationed on their ways.

Akimbo, the paupers stand with poverty attached to their hemstitch.

Aside seated the well-offs

Awaiting the next available vehicles faring to the mysterious world.

‘We’ve waited for so long

Longed daily to see the light of a new dawn on earth.

Be it luck or doom, we’re ready for

The bitter truths about life

Life ain't confusion neither is it an abode of doom as devil/your status quo positions it to you in its pseudo-mirror...

The fact that you're sad, rejected, abused, disdained... today doesn't implies misfortune... Remember, some folks know you better than you do...you doubt that?...

The moment the trials and ordeals become tough, know that comfort is near.

Elephant and the Proud Rat

Many years ago, there lived in the community of animals, Elephant and Rat. The Elephant was the biggest and the most respected animal. He lived in big mansion and in luxury. Every animal regarded him. Meanwhile, there was a town close to the animals' community. The town is occupied by great men of valour; they're rich and subtle. No animal has ever visited the town except Elephant. This is because of a long suspended bridge between the animals' community and the rich town. The tiny legs of the animals didn't enable them cross to the other side of the bridge that's built with spaces in between the mesh of it's tied woods. One day, Rat summoned courage; he went to meet the Elephant.

What lessons have you learned in life?

Don't always assume that everyone should offer you help. If they truly do, great!

If they don't, still respect their reasons...

Learn from every situation and circumstance that the vicissitudes of life push at you.

Your prayers are answered... just that God fix the answers to some page of your life where it shows reflection of His apt plan for you...

Remember... there abound everywhere, people that have interest in listening to your stories... they're really ready to empathize...

Be careful... not all of them would offer you help... they only listen to the stories covered from the pages of your pain just to have their pastime.

Ladies: how to keep your man and win his heart

I have seen relationship and courtship of more than five years dissolved. And most times, ladies feel the pain more because they have soft mind and when they give their trust to any man, they give it in entirety. That's why every lady should be circumspect; good, faithful and true-loving men are as scarce as cash these days. Some of the guys on campuses may claim to be caring. Hummm... infatuation coats their genuine love; they are mostly after tasting the meal and testing the soft engine.

However, if you've gotten a staunch guy or still on waiting for the man, I have some tips that can sincerely help you keep your relationship and live happily.

Dangers of Children Staying Late at School

Last week, around some minutes past six in the twilight, I saw some school buses conveying learners to their destinations. I actually stood agape; I saw the poor learners already asleep inside the buses.

Then, I started asking myself some questions: do these kids really have parents who miss them and want them around? Do the parents really think they're helping them by folding arms and seeing them coming home late in the night already exhausted? Is this action/attitude really helpful to nurturing our future leaders intellectually and psychologically?

Getting home late or being conveyed home late by the school bus can be detrimental to students' performance because it disrupts their sleep schedule. A lack of sleep can lead to physical and mental fatigue, which in turn can negatively impact focus, attention, and memory.

How and where to find a good partner to marry

Finding a life partner is a significant and deeply personal journey that involves compatibility, shared values, and emotional connection. While there's no one-size-fits-all approach, there are certain aspects to consider when looking for a good partner to marry. It's important to approach this search with patience, introspection, and an understanding that relationships are built on mutual respect, trust, and communication. So many people are in sore regret now. Read this post patiently and carefully.

Firstly, self-awareness is crucial. Before seeking a partner, take the time to understand yourself—your interests, values, and long-term goals.

Why some men are not married

There are many reasons why some men may not want to get married. Some of the common reasons include:

1. Fear of commitment: Some men may be afraid of the commitment and responsibility that comes with marriage, especially if they have seen negative examples of marriage in their families or among their friends.

How to plan your wedding program effectively

1. Set a budget: Determine how much you are willing to spend on your wedding and stick to it. This will help you plan effectively and make sure you don't overspend. Before you were born, people have been doing wedding; yours won't be the best and neither will it be the worst.

2. Choose a venue: Decide on the location of your wedding ceremony and reception. This will help you plan the other aspects of your wedding, such as catering, decor, and transportation. Is it within the state, outside the state, outdoor or indoor?

3. Choose a wedding planner: Hire a professional wedding planner to help you plan and organize your wedding. They will take care of all the details and make sure everything runs smoothly on your big day. Nevertheless, you need to be careful. Some event planners are destroyers. Don't make mountains from mole hills. Don't let any event planner that can't manage his/her own family push you into slow-motion-debts after the wedding. In either ways, wisdom is profitable to guide and direct.

4. Choose your wedding party: Decide on your bridal party, including your bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, and ring bearers. Make a list of them. Inform them ahead. If they can't pay for the attires at once, let them start making the payment little by little. During my own wedding, it was my wife that taught me that method. Infact, some of the guys paid as low as two hundred naira per day. Don't be mad at them; it's you that requested their attention/presence.

5. Choose your vendors: Select the vendors you will be using for your wedding, such as a caterer, florist, DJ, and photographer. If you can pay for a photo book, fine ! Collect the whole soft copies of your pictures from the photographer. You can easily walk into a photo lab and pay less to frame your pictures and produce your photo book. If editing your videos is too expensive, guy... collect the raw videos with your flash drive; save them on your laptop or connect the flash drive to your plasma tv and enjoy.

6. Create a schedule: Create a timeline for your wedding day, including the ceremony, reception, and any other events you have planned. This will help you plan effectively and make sure everything runs smoothly. Decide whether to have an indoor or outdoor reception.

7. Send out invitations: Send out your wedding invitations to your guests at least six weeks before your wedding. This will give them enough time to RSVP and make any necessary arrangements. The earlier the better ! But be careful...don't share the invite too early to some people (you get it?) without serious prayers.

8. Plan for transportation: Arrange for transportation for your wedding party and guests, if needed. Most times, if they love you, they should be able to chatter vehicles to grace your occasion from their own pocket. What are friends or family for?

But hope you too do attend other people's weddings ooo?

9. Plan for accommodation: Arrange for accommodation for your wedding party and any out-of-town guests. Meet any of the old hearted men in your areas; beg them to allow your guests sleep over in any of their spare rooms...if you can't afford to secure hotel rooms. You may need to buy mosquito nets or wash existing ones and give your guests to use. It won't be funny, if they have malaria after attending your wedding program. They may not be happy with you.

10. Make a list of things to do: Make a list of all the things you need to do before your wedding and make sure they are completed on time.

Remember...

Never you borrow or take loan to finance your wedding. Don't create patient problems for yourself and your innocent wife after the wedding. It's called wedding program not marriage. Marriage lasts till your last breath but the wedding program perhaps lasts a couple of days.
